IT Support & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 assistance while managing our Microsoft 365, Windows and cloud environments. The role blends help‑desk ticket handling with core systems administration to keep the infrastructure reliable and users productive.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for hardware, software, Windows and occasional macOS issues.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and remote‑access incidents.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and manage Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, user permissions, shared drives and access policies.
• Support basic Azure services, VoIP systems, CRM platforms and Adobe applications.
• Handle support tickets in the ITSM platform, ensure SLA compliance and document procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server and basic Azure.
• Strong hardware support background (workstations, printers, peripherals).
• Familiarity with remote support tools, ITSM/ticketing systems and networking fundamentals.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills; certifications such as Microsoft, Azure, ITIL or CompTIA are a plus.
