Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer to support our employees by ensuring they have the tools, systems, and assistance they need to perform at their best. The role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem‑solving, and delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests via the helpdesk ticketing system, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, guaranteeing secure access and a smooth transition.
• Administer user accounts across business systems and platforms.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage the company asset registry, tracking hardware and software assets accurately.
• Set up, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware such as laptops and peripherals.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with strong initiative.
• Good judgement, accountability, and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with a helpdesk ticketing system.
• Knowledge of user account administration.
• Ability to produce and maintain IT documentation.
• Familiarity with asset registry management.
• Competence in hardware setup, deployment and troubleshooting.
