Junior JavaScript Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Junior JavaScript Developer to join its fully remote team. You will contribute to building and maintaining modern web applications while collaborating with experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and related technologies.
• Implement responsive user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborative problem‑solving.
• Debug issues and optimise application performance.
• Continuously learn and apply modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in JavaScript development.
• Good understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and quick learning of new technologies.
• Proficient English communication skills.
