Junior Manager – Controllership (LATAM)

About the role

Edgewell is seeking a Junior Manager for Controllership to support its Latin America entities. You will own the general accounting process, drive month‑end close, and provide insightful financial analysis to commercial and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as liaison between local markets and regional controllership.
• Manage monthly closing, G/L account reconciliations and quarterly/annual reporting.
• Prepare and present financial results and insights in English and Spanish.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and internal control policies.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives and special projects.
• Maintain ledger vs. sub‑ledger reconciliations and provide balance‑sheet analysis.
