Junior Project Coordinator

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects. The role ensures timely delivery, scope compliance, and alignment with organizational goals by coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and tracking progress across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement order (backlog) management improvements to ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
• Maintain accurate backlog and shipping report overviews.
• Manage delivery and financial status reports for hardware installation orders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for project execution.
• Track project progress, monitor scope, schedule, and risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and management.
• Prepare regular status updates and reports for leadership.
• Support budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Organize and lead project meetings, following up on action items.
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Monday.com.
