Junior Project Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its Fever Originals team. You will help design, launch and manage unique live‑entertainment events, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring unforgettable experiences to audiences worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and oversee events from concept to delivery.
• Own strategic planning, execution and reporting for key experiences.
• Analyse business opportunities, propose operational improvements and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and other internal departments to scale events across markets.
• Manage relationships with existing partners and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Track ticket sales, revenue and P&L performance, providing data‑driven insights.
• Represent the Fever brand at events and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in project management, event coordination or a related field.
• Hands‑on mindset with a passion for live entertainment.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
