Junior Project Manager

About the role
The Junior Project Manager will support planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, cost and quality targets. This on‑site role acts as the main communication hub between internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and allocate human, technical and financial resources.
- Monitor progress, produce status reports and lead regular meetings.
- Escalate risks and blockers to senior managers and sponsors.
- Document lessons learned and conduct post‑project evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with project and departmental KPIs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of project management experience.
- Advanced English (B2‑C1) and fluent Spanish.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Project management tools: Monday, ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, Trello.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) – a plus.
