Junior Security Analyst

About the role

Partner One is seeking a proactive Junior Security Analyst to join its fast‑paced security team. You will act as the first line of defense, handling real‑time alerts, patching systems, and ensuring the resilience of our software stack across diverse environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security feeds, investigate and resolve alerts in real time.
• Execute regular patching cycles and system updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of security tools and endpoint protection software.
• Manage user permissions and enforce the principle of least privilege across platforms.
• Maintain clear incident logs and documentation to build internal knowledge.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Ability to adapt quickly to varied technical setups and software requirements.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Clear, concise communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Entry‑level security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, GIAC) are a plus.
