About the role
The Key Account Manager Associate is responsible for managing an assigned account or group of accounts, delivering technical services that create value for customers while driving revenue, price capture and gross profit.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow revenue from existing customers through technical service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new product opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Support price capture initiatives and improve gross profit margins.
- Generate standard reports, charts and diagrams to monitor account performance.
- Operate standard electronic or mechanical equipment when required for product testing or data processing.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of account management and sales processes.
- Ability to work with standard procedures and manipulate common data sets.
- Attention to detail to avoid rework and minor schedule impacts.
- Strong focus on maintaining revenue and improving profitability.
