Key Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a Key Account Manager for its e‑commerce channel in Bogotá. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with major online retailers, driving growth and ensuring product availability across the digital marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic relationships with key e‑commerce accounts, fostering long‑term partnerships and leveraging regional market trends.
• Oversee sell‑in and sell‑out performance, demand planning, logistics and inventory management to meet weekly, monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to design and implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business results.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams to execute commercial strategies and ensure operational excellence.
• Develop customer‑centric e‑commerce strategies to enhance the online shopping experience, increase conversion rates and accelerate sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute data‑driven projects to strengthen channel performance and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product definition, pricing, distribution channels and liaison with headquarters.
• Proven ability to plan against commercial calendars and local targets.
• Experience creating comprehensive category strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, growth initiatives and product mix decisions.
• Strong English proficiency (approximately 80%).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and analytical capabilities.
