Key Account Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven professional to join TCL Colombia as a Key Account Manager for White Goods/Home Appliances. You will manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities across the Colombian market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations, customer development, and open new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with customers across retail, distributors, wholesalers, and specialized channels.
• Monitor commercial indicators such as sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory, margin, forecast, and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with buyers, Category Managers, and commercial teams from major accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales, key account management or channel development, preferably in home appliances, white goods, consumer electronics or durable goods.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations, customer development and new account acquisition.
• Experience managing multiple commercial channels and working with major retailers and distributors.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (assessment will be conducted).
• Knowledge of Power BI (plus).
• Understanding of commercial performance indicators (sell‑in, sell‑out, inventory, margin, forecast, profitability).
