Kitchen Help – Hospitality Team

About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant hotel team as a Kitchen Help and play a key part in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will support the culinary crew, ensuring smooth kitchen operations while helping create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen equipment: set up, clean, organize, and stage items such as hot boxes, chef stations, speed racks, and Queen Mary units.
• Assist with inventory management: receive deliveries, store and organize stock efficiently.
• Support food service: help with plating, dish‑ups, and transporting prepared items to service areas.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: perform routine cleaning tasks, including mopping floors and removing trash.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required profile
