LATAM Digital Implementer

About the role

The LATAM Digital Implementer is a hands‑on, technical execution role responsible for delivering daily implementation tasks across client contracts. Working primarily in Asana, you will ensure that our core marketing platforms remain accurate, up‑to‑date, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily technical tasks for all client contracts, managing workload in Asana.
• Implement and maintain HubSpot Marketing, Content, and Sales Hubs, including workflows, forms, custom properties, and data hygiene.
• Run day‑to‑day PPC operations, configure campaigns, track budgets, and apply routine optimisations.
• Perform SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) activities, updating content for traditional and AI‑driven search.
• Own the maintenance of Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, ensuring tags fire correctly and monitoring system health.
• Build, update, and maintain client dashboards in Looker Studio (Data Studio) for clear performance visibility.
• Stay current with platform updates and feature releases to prevent workflow disruptions.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Content Hubs.
• Strong background in traditional SEO and solid understanding of AEO.
• Practical experience managing routine PPC and paid‑advertising operations.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Looker Studio/Data Studio.
• Highly organised, self‑directed, and comfortable keeping pace with fast‑changing technology.
