LATAM Project Coordinator – Real Estate

About the role

The LATAM Project Coordinator will join the Global Real Estate team to drive two high‑visibility initiatives: a corporate relocation and a confidential property sale. Reporting to the Real Estate lead, you will act as the central hub for cross‑functional teams across LATAM and the US, ensuring projects stay on schedule and stakeholders are aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workstreams across IT, procurement, operations, licensing, and facilities.
• Maintain project plans, track milestones, and update status reports.
• Facilitate communication between regional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Identify risks, drive accountability, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Support office moves, site consolidations, and property transaction activities as needed.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project coordination or project management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to support dynamic, cross‑border teams in LATAM and the US.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Smartsheet.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
