Lead Customer Success Manager

About the role

Cirion Technologies is looking for a business-oriented Lead Customer Success Manager with a strong customer focus and proven experience managing large corporate accounts in the IT, technology or telecommunications industry. The role leads the customer success strategy for an assigned portfolio of clients, helping them maximise the value of Cirion's services while driving satisfaction, loyalty, retention and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and customer advocate.
• Lead periodic Service Review Meetings and follow up on improvement plans.
• Monitor service performance, anticipate risks and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Develop and execute customer satisfaction, retention and contract renewal strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
• Drive customer adoption and maximise the value of Cirion's products, solutions and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and large corporate account management, preferably with international clients.
• Experience managing complex services and working with ITIL methodologies.
• Knowledge of networking technologies such as MPLS, Internet Services, SD-WAN, DWDM/Wave, Security, IP/PBX and infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and influencing skills, and advanced English proficiency.
