Learning Delivery Manager – Training Operations

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Learning Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of training programs for Customer Service Associates across multiple languages. The role is remote‑based in Bogotá and focuses on onboarding, up‑skilling and cross‑skilling while managing a team of 8‑12 trainers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute training strategy for language hubs, ensuring programs are consistent, scalable and aligned with business needs.
• Lead a team of trainers, providing coaching, performance feedback and continuous development.
• Plan and manage trainer resources to meet year‑round demand across multiple concurrent classes.
• Collaborate with operations, workforce planning, quality and learning design teams to align training with business objectives.
• Use data and metrics (quality, productivity, learner sentiment) to drive decisions, identify risks and improve training effectiveness.
• Champion adoption of AI‑enabled platforms and emerging technologies to enhance training delivery.
