LLM Developer – Conversational AI (Voice)

About the role

Accenture is building the next generation of voice‑based conversational experiences powered by artificial intelligence. We are looking for an AI Conversational Engineer specialized in voice to design, develop, and optimise high‑quality, scalable conversational agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate voice‑based conversational agents using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Manage state, context, and data persistence in Amazon DynamoDB.
• Integrate and optimise text‑to‑speech synthesis via the ElevenLabs API.
• Implement low‑latency, natural‑sounding voice solutions.
• Work with Amazon Transcribe and Amazon Lex for automatic speech recognition and dialogue flows.
• Develop server‑side logic in Python, leveraging boto3 and AWS SDKs.
• Architect secure, serverless, and scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security standards using IAM, encryption, and AWS security policies.

Required profile

• Strong experience with AWS services, especially Polly, Transcribe, Lex, Lambda, API Gateway and DynamoDB.
• Hands‑on experience integrating voice APIs such as ElevenLabs.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Background in building serverless, cloud‑native architectures.
• Practical knowledge of NLP, ASR and TTS in production environments.
