Logistics Coordinator (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on daily communication with customers, carriers and internal teams in French, ensuring smooth cargo operations and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with customers, carriers and internal teams in French, acting as the main point of contact for shipment updates and documentation.
• Review, process and enter basic shipping documents into internal systems, providing timely updates on cargo status.
• Track shipments, resolve basic issues such as delays or missing information, and support scheduling for truckers and port operations.
• Assist with general logistics coordination tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• French language proficiency at B2 level (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Background in customer service, operations or logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and detail‑oriented mindset.
