Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. In this role you will track shipments, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate communication throughout the freight lifecycle from pickup to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments, providing accurate status updates throughout the transportation process.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments while keeping internal systems up to date.
• Track estimated times of arrival and communicate any shipment events or delays to customers and internal teams.
• Forward Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other shipment documentation to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries via email and other communication channels.
• Upload and maintain supporting documentation within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Support Sales and Operations teams with daily logistics activities and administrative tasks.
• Ensure shipment records are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or a related operations role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience tracking shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, or supporting transportation operations.
• Familiarity with logistics workflows and transportation management systems.
