About the role
EZVIZEZVIZ is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support regional sales operations. The role ensures efficient execution of customer contracts, orders, and shipments while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate and timely order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Support regional sales teams by following up on daily customer contracts, orders, and shipments.
- Enter, review, and release overseas orders across multiple systems, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Customs, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth, on‑time order delivery.
Required profile
- Proficiency in operating the SAP system.
- More than 2 years of related work experience.
- Strong academic background and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
