Manager, Business Analysis

About the role

The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) Strategy, Data & Insights team is seeking a Manager, Business Analysis to lead a group of analysts who turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role supports the Shared Services Organization across finance, people & capability, sales & marketing, and legal functions, helping the business move beyond reporting toward strategic storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of business analysts through supervision, performance management, and resource planning.
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement by tracking initiative success and refining analytical processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business needs and deliver data‑driven insights that shape strategy.
• Design and deliver high‑impact analyses, dashboards, reports, and ad‑hoc insights using quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data sources.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques—including data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive methods—to generate actionable recommendations.
• Lead complex initiatives, manage escalations, and provide guidance on challenging analytical problems.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance team productivity.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business Administration.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Data is desired.
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, analytics, or a related consulting role.
• Strong project‑management abilities and a consulting mindset.
