About the role
Mastercard is seeking a Manager to lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of global new‑hire and onboarding processes. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience from offer acceptance through early tenure.
Key responsibilities
- Design and document end‑to‑end onboarding processes, from pre‑hire data intake to day‑one readiness.
- Implement process architecture and enablement frameworks across onboarding domains.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Technology, and Risk to align processes with strategic goals.
- Define scalable standards, controls, and metrics to ensure consistent, compliant onboarding outcomes.
- Collaborate with shared services and regional teams to drive execution accountability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or related onboarding functions.
- Strong understanding of compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency in a global context.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable, repeatable processes.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
