About the role

Simpro Group is seeking a Manager of Account Management to lead and scale its Account Management function. You will be responsible for retaining and growing the regional customer base, ensuring customers receive exceptional value, support, and strategic partnership throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate in developing the Account Management strategy to drive revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce churn.
  • Empower a team of Account Managers to deliver impactful customer interactions across segments.
  • Design and execute segment‑specific strategies to maximise customer value from the Simpro platform.
  • Analyse customer and performance data to monitor team effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Scale and shape the Account Management team to meet defined metrics.
  • Foster collaboration between internal functions and represent Simpro with executive sponsors and customers.

Required profile

  • Extensive experience managing Account Management or Sales teams, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Senior leadership experience such as Head of or Director of Customer Success/Account Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial goals that drive customer growth and retention.
  • Strong people‑management skills with the ability to build high‑performing teams and a positive culture.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with executive stakeholders.
