Manager, Product Management – Micro, Small & Medium Businesses LAC

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead the development and evolution of solutions for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role focuses on creating innovative credit, debit and prepaid products that address the unique needs of this vital economic segment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the creation of new MSME products and niche value propositions (e.g., women‑owned businesses, agriculture, procurement).
• Oversee updates, enhancements, and full redesigns of the regional SME product suite.
• Co‑lead initiatives with local, regional and global stakeholders.
• Prepare intake materials, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), pricing proposals and business case models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Operations & Technology, Finance, Legal and Marketing.
• Leverage data‑driven insights and partnerships to shape product strategy.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the MSME landscape in LAC.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex organizations and contributing to P&L‑driven decisions.
