Manager, Product & Optimization – South Latin America

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product & Optimization for the South Latin America region. The role sits at the intersection of product, data, and market execution, driving the company’s approval‑rate optimization strategy across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional optimization priorities into clear, actionable plans for each market.
• Partner with account, franchise, and services teams to ensure consistent execution of optimization initiatives.
• Track progress against key KPIs such as approval rates, adoption, and engagement, and escalate gaps when needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment across product (POP, Advice Codes, ABU), data & services, and market/franchise teams.
• Support market teams with optimization narratives and structured recommendations for issuers.
• Drive adoption of solutions including POP, Auth Optimizer/Advice Codes, and ABU.

Required profile

• Strong product thinking combined with cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Experience working with product, data, and market execution teams in a payments or financial services environment.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable market plans and to monitor KPI performance.
