Managing Counsel – Commercial Partnerships

About the role

Remote is looking for a senior, business‑oriented commercial lawyer to join its Employment, Product and Commercial Legal sub‑team. As Managing Counsel – Commercial Partnerships you will act as an independent senior lawyer, focusing on global partnership deals and supporting the EMEA sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic, embedded and channel partnership agreements.
• Provide commercial legal support for enterprise‑level SaaS contracts and global sales transactions.
• Collaborate with EMEA sales and DP counsel to ensure seamless regional coverage.
• Develop clear, enforceable partnership frameworks that protect Remote while enabling scalable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience with partnership, embedded, reseller or channel agreements.
• Strong background in commercial transactions, especially SaaS agreements.
• Excellent commercial drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinking with sharp commercial instincts.
