Market Transition Lead

About the role

The Market Transition Lead is pivotal to scaling market service delivery, integrating new businesses, and supporting large‑scale organization transformation across functions, change management, and market‑level work transition coordination. The role manages market‑level transitions, including migration of work processes and implementation of new service delivery models across business units, and plays a key role in M&A integrations and divestitures.

Key responsibilities

• Scale market service delivery and integrate new businesses.
• Support large‑scale organization transformation across functions and market‑level work transitions.
• Manage market‑level transition activities, including migration of work processes and implementation of new service delivery models across business units.
• Participate in M&A integrations and divestitures with the Integration Management Office.
• Partner with strategic third‑party service providers (e.g., BPO, ITO, KPO) to ensure successful transition outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in transition, project, or change management within shared services or outsourcing environments.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder engagement, project and program management, risk management, and process analysis.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset, organizational agility, and proven ability to motivate teams through uncertainty.
• Deep understanding of service management frameworks such as ITIL and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
