Marketing Analyst

About the role

Zoe is an end-to-end wealth platform that helps clients grow and protect their wealth through technology and client service, with offices in New York and Bogotá. The Marketing Analyst works in Bogotá, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and supports branding of Zoe Financial as the best place to find, hire and invest with financial advisors, while helping grow the Wealth Platform through cohesive marketing strategies. The role suits a motivated self-starter in a fast-paced financial technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and OpenAI Ads for B2C and B2B audiences in the US
• Monitor daily performance (spend, cost per lead, conversion rate) and flag issues or opportunities quickly
• Build and run landing page experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversion rates
• Pull data from ad platforms, CRM and analytics tools to build performance reports
• Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Help plan budgets, tests and campaign strategy, and support creative and messaging testing across channels
• Track and report on CAC, ROAS and funnel conversion rates, keeping campaign tracking clean and organized

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing analytics
• Direct experience managing six-figure budgets in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Native English and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Ads Manager)
• Curiosity about newer channels such as OpenAI Ads
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving company
• Nice to have: US or UK education
