Marketing & Communications Leader – Colombia and Venezuela

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Leader for Colombia and Venezuela will head a high‑performing team that drives commercial growth and strengthens the Marsh brand across the region. Based in Bogota, the role works in a hybrid model and reports to senior business leaders, providing strategic counsel to ensure all marketing initiatives align with the firm’s mission and the recent brand transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional marketing team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Design and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies that support regional growth, brand positioning and client engagement.
• Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence (Digital Marketing, Brand, Events, Creative Services, Media Relations, etc.) to deliver consistent, measurable campaigns.
• Align marketing plans with sales and product strategies to maximise commercial impact and revenue growth.
• Oversee multi‑product, multi‑channel marketing activities across consulting and insurance lines, including inbound digital demand generation.
• Manage public relations and brand positioning initiatives in partnership with the PR team.
• Champion innovation, including AI adoption, to improve client value and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience leading marketing functions in a fast‑paced, professional‑services environment.
• Strong strategic vision combined with operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior CEOs and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to balance local market needs with regional and global priorities.
