Marketing Manager (Fintech & Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for key brands within a fast‑moving fintech and payments environment. Based in Colombia, you will work autonomously, influencing business direction while collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, roadmaps, KPIs and growth initiatives for assigned brands.
• Act as the primary contact for brands, leading strategic discussions and providing industry‑specific recommendations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and produce clear reporting on results and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with broader commercial objectives.
• Apply payment‑industry knowledge, including compliance, regulatory messaging, merchant acquiring, chargebacks and risk management.
• Review marketing claims and materials for industry compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing management, leadership or account management.
• Proven background in payments or fintech marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the payments and fintech sector.
• Experience with compliance and regulatory communication.
• Ability to develop and track marketing KPIs.
• Budget management and performance reporting.
