Marketing Manager

About the role

NeoWork is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of marketing projects for multiple client accounts. You will own task orchestration, contractor accountability, stakeholder communication, and day‑to‑day execution while partnering with Project Managers on strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client requests and strategy into tracked deliverables and maintain a master task registry (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
• Brief contractors, monitor deadlines, and immediately escalate any vendor delays or silence.
• Identify risks early, flag client‑facing issues to leadership within 48 hours, and surface trends before they become blockers.
• Participate in client calls prepared, drive marketing conversations, and own your workstreams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with PMs, Account Leads, and leadership, surfacing blockers and adapting processes as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy.
• 2–3+ years in an agency or client‑services environment with fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work.
• Proven ability to build and manage digital marketing project management systems.
• Strong written communication and the capacity to work autonomously.
