Mechanical Technician

About the role

The Mechanical Technician ensures equipment is delivered on time and meets operational demand while driving improvements in maintenance efficiency and productivity within the Maintenance Base (MB). You will work closely with the product line to reduce non‑productive time and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment according to the maintenance program and reliability‑centered maintenance strategy.
• Record materials, labor, and equipment performance in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
• Comply with TLM product‑line standards and competency management requirements.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects aimed at reducing downtime, improving asset utilization, and lowering cost of service delivery.
• Support planned repair, part reuse, and failure investigations as assigned.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
• Familiarity with maintenance programs and reliability‑centered maintenance concepts.
• Ability to follow standard work procedures and document activities accurately.

Required skills

• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
