Medical Sales Representative – Regenerative Medicine

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote cutting‑edge regenerative medicine and stem‑cell therapies to prospective patients. You will work with warm inbound leads, guiding them from inquiry to confirmed clinical appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Explain complex stem‑cell and regenerative therapies to national and international leads via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Guide patients through their decision‑making process and convert inquiries into confirmed clinical appointments.
• Manage the patient pipeline, track progress and meet conversion KPIs using our CRM system.

Required profile

• Degree or technical background in Nursing, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare or related fields (mandatory).
• Fluent English (minimum C1) for international patient communication.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical advisory, patient coordination, premium wellness or medical tourism.
• Strong clinical empathy combined with a results‑driven, sales‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
