About the role
The hotel is looking for a Mesero (waiter) to deliver excellent customer service and hospitality across its various venues. The role focuses on providing attentive service to guests and promoting the sale of food and beverage items.
Key responsibilities
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests in different hotel areas.
- Ensure accurate presentation and sale of food and beverage (AYB) items.
- Maintain a clean and organized service environment.
- Follow basic service and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Work rotating shifts as required by hotel operations.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of service techniques and mixology.
- Availability to work flexible, rotating schedules.
- Minimum education: technical or technician degree (graduated).
- Professional attitude and commitment to high service standards.
