Mid-level DevOps Engineer

About the role

NEORIS is looking for a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to support the delivery, automation, and reliability of enterprise‑scale cloud platforms and applications. You will work closely with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to improve deployment processes, enhance platform stability, and drive modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and assist with migration and optimization projects.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or similar tools, automating provisioning and routine tasks.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD, improving release consistency and engineering productivity.
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, handling deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting of cloud‑native applications.
• Monitor system health with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog, and the ELK Stack, participating in incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams, maintaining documentation, deployment procedures, and technical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and contribute to automation initiatives.
