Middleware & Kubernetes Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Middleware & Kubernetes Administrator to join our Infrastructure & Platforms team. The role focuses on operating, automating and optimizing middleware and containerized environments that support mission‑critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and tune middleware platforms such as WebLogic, JBoss, Apache and ActiveMQ.
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and stability of services.
• Automate deployments and operational processes, supporting incident resolution in production.
• Apply security hardening, monitoring, patching and documentation best practices across all managed platforms.
• Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate middleware services with AWS, Azure or similar environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Software, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in middleware administration and container platform operations.
• Strong focus on the operation of critical business applications, process automation and Linux/Cloud environment management.
