Motion Graphics Editor

About the role

High Scale is seeking a Motion Graphics Editor to transform static assets into dynamic video content for TV and social media campaigns. You will work within a fast‑paced performance‑marketing environment, creating kinetic typography, visual effects, and animated explainer sequences that drive conversion for DTC brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate high‑impact motion graphics for social media and TV ads, including logo reveals, lower thirds, and transition effects.
• Convert Photoshop and Illustrator assets into animated sequences using Adobe After Effects.
• Collaborate with video editors to layer motion graphics over live‑action footage and apply visual effects such as tracking and screen replacements.
• Create and maintain Motion Graphics Templates (.mogrt) for Premiere Pro to enable scalable production.
• Develop reusable animation libraries and stay current with emerging motion‑design trends.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics or video editing (agency, broadcast, or high‑end freelance).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation, design, layout, and typography skills.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with solid command of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Bonus experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
