About the role

Cargill is looking for a Shuttle Driver II to safely move materials and products between its facilities in Caldas. The role supports continuous production by ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Transport materials or equipment over the road between Cargill sites.
• Complete and update driver logs and required documentation after each delivery.
• Perform visual inspections of the vehicle and carry out basic maintenance as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Follow all food‑safety procedures and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Must meet Cargill’s minimum qualifications for the position.
• Ability to work on a shift schedule and handle physical loading tasks.
