Multimedia Sales Specialist – Travel & Earn

About the role

Advantage Newspaper Consultants (ANC) is seeking a Multimedia Sales Specialist who loves media advertising and enjoys traveling across the United States. You will partner with local newspaper sales teams to sell annual advertising programs while spending the majority of your time on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to newspaper markets nationwide to work alongside local sales teams.
• Sell annual multimedia advertising programs to local advertisers.
• Conduct cold calls and build new business relationships with sales representatives.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage logistics for travel, including rental car coordination.

Required profile

• 5+ years of newspaper advertising sales experience or a mix of sales and management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making cold calls and cultivating new business.
• Proven ability to train and motivate sales teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively by car and air.
