Network Transportation Planning Analyst

About the role

Veho is looking for a Network Transportation Planning Analyst to own and execute the weekly middle‑mile shuttle plan that moves volume between facilities. You will translate manually maintained spreadsheets into accurate load schedules, ensuring zero‑defect uploads into the truck‑load system.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and upload the weekly shuttle plan using advanced spreadsheet models.
• Lead recurring shuttle reviews to pressure‑test the plan and identify issues before operations.
• Feed manual‑planning pain points into the path‑modeling and automation roadmap.
• Collaborate with field operations, transportation planning, and data/tooling teams to make the plan actionable each week.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience owning a recurring operational schedule or plan with high accuracy stakes.
• Zero‑defect mindset on uploads or cut‑over events.
• Comfortable working at a high level in spreadsheets (complex formulas, lookups, pivots, large‑data hygiene).
• Ability to read operational data, reconcile numbers, and act independently.
• Strong understanding of middle‑mile mechanics (lanes, facilities, cube‑fill, utilization, on‑time constraints).
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Spreadsheet modeling (formulas, lookups, pivots).
• Data hygiene and large‑dataset management.
• Familiarity with transportation planning tools and dashboards.
• Knowledge of middle‑mile logistics concepts.

What we offer

• Generous equity participation.
• Significant career growth opportunities within a fast‑growing logistics company.
