NOCaaS Engineer – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

As a NOCaaS Engineer you will monitor and maintain cloud‑based network infrastructure, ensuring secure and uninterrupted connectivity for global customers. You will work remotely from Colombia, providing 24/7 operational coverage and collaborating with cross‑functional teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 operational coverage as part of a shift‑based team.
• Own and manage production system uptime by troubleshooting and resolving network and system issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents.
• Engage with customers, deliver status updates, and follow up on service tickets.
• Track system health, detect areas of concern, and propose improvements.
• Mitigate outages and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Tier 1/2 Support Engineer, NOC Engineer, or similar role.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and provide on‑call support.
• Experience with ISP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, HTTP/HTTPS.
• Strong ability to read application logs and identify root causes.
• Excellent troubleshooting and written/verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, globally dispersed environment.
