Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Leadsales, a CRM built for WhatsApp in Mexico, is hiring an Onboarding Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in the Bogotá D.C. Metropolitan Area. The specialist guides new clients through onboarding, sets up their Leadsales accounts, configures WhatsApp CRM workflows and helps them understand core features and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding calls and demos, and document client requirements
• Create simple training materials and follow up to confirm successful adoption and usage
• Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams to answer client questions, track onboarding progress and improve the client experience
• Collect feedback from new customers and share insights that inform product improvements and process optimization

Required profile

• Experience in customer onboarding, including guiding new users through setup, training and early product adoption
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Implementation roles is preferred
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Bogotá and manage several onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment
• Professional proficiency in Spanish; English is a plus
