Onsite Support Analyst

About the role

SoftwareOne is looking for an Onsite Support Analyst to deliver face‑to‑face technical assistance to end users across multiple locations. You will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable IT experience for VIP users and regular staff alike.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents directly on site.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all IT equipment.
• Configure devices, peripherals, and videoconferencing rooms.
• Provide specialized support to VIP users and manage meeting‑room technology.
• Register, track, and close tickets using the Aranda ITSM tool.
• Coordinate with other support levels to guarantee timely issue resolution.
• Execute data backups and image restorations as needed.

Required profile

• Technical or technologist degree in Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in onsite technical support.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize onsite tasks, and travel between sites.
