Operations Account Manager – Americas (Bilingual Spanish & English)

About the role

The Operations Account Manager is a core member of Tillster’s Account Management team, responsible for the operational execution, reporting and day‑to‑day activities of high‑value accounts across the Americas. Working in a hybrid setting from Bogotá, you will partner with Operations, Procurement, Product, Engineering, Support and Finance to ensure successful delivery, high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling regular status calls, check‑ins and issue escalation.
• Support implementation plans, rollout schedules and deployment tracking for pilots and large‑scale programs.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and status decks for internal and customer use.
• Coordinate with Operations/Service Delivery teams to monitor franchisee readiness and installation pipelines.
• Prepare weekly customer reports, dashboards and scorecards, highlighting install progress, KPIs, risks and opportunities.
• Utilise AI‑enabled analytics tools to identify operational trends, adoption patterns and revenue growth opportunities.
• Contribute to data‑driven Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with automated insights and predictive reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Support and Finance to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Assist senior account leaders with account planning, expansion tracking and new initiative support.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in operations, account management or customer success within a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, blockers and growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
