Operations Associate (Apprentice)

About the role

WITHIN, a performance branding company, is looking for an Operations Associate to work as an apprentice directly with its Director of Business Operations. You will partner with most departments across the company and own key operational processes, finding what is slow or manual and fixing it with automation and AI. The role is fully onsite in the Bogotá office.

Key responsibilities

• Automate existing processes and design new ones using AI and no-code tools
• Partner with departments to map, optimize and standardize workflows
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and following them through to resolution
• Coordinate cross-department projects end to end, including timelines, follow-ups and Asana hygiene
• Build and maintain operational reporting and dashboards (SaaS spend, headcount, attendance, renewals)
• Write and maintain documentation and SOPs so processes are clear, repeatable and scalable
• Support finance operations: expense reconciliation, invoice routing and purchase approvals
• Own special projects and solve problems as they arise
• Manage vendors, procurement and SaaS tools: administration, access, renewals, license audits and spend tracking

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience; recent graduates are welcome (Industrial Engineering, Business or similar)
• Daily AI user with a track record of solving real problems with it (show something you've built)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to work fully onsite in the Bogotá office

• Nice to have: basic scripting, Asana, Zapier or Make
