Operations Director

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking an Operations Director to shape and scale its global operational excellence. Reporting to the COO and Regional Lead, you will lead a team that blends business strategy, technology, and talent across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global strategy for capacity and resource management, aligning talent, technology, and delivery.
• Translate enterprise vision into operational frameworks for workforce planning, ensuring the right capabilities are available at the right time, cost, and quality.
• Establish governance for freelance and contingent workforce models, driving consistency and control across markets.
• Partner with Technology, Talent, Finance, and Delivery leaders to embed data‑driven, automated, and AI‑enabled approaches into capacity planning.
• Provide C‑suite visibility on strategic priorities, progress, and risk.
• Contribute regional insights to global initiatives and drive cross‑regional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven track record in global operations, capacity management, and strategic execution.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
