Operations Manager – Finance

About the role

Revolut is seeking a forward‑thinking Operations Manager to lead and optimise its financial processes. You will work at the intersection of finance, data, and technology, driving efficiency, building robust control frameworks, and supporting audit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards to monitor financial performance and key metrics.
• Lead automation initiatives that streamline finance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and implement best practices across finance functions.
• Accelerate integration of new initiatives into the finance ecosystem.
• Collaborate with external auditors and analytics experts to ensure smooth audit processes.
• Facilitate data exchange and analysis to meet audit requirements while maintaining compliance.
• Work with product designers and software engineers to enhance the accounting platform UI.
• Build new finance tools and partner with engineers for implementation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, finance or economics (minimum 2:1) from a top university.
• 3+ years of project/change management experience in a Big 4 or fast‑paced financial services environment, focusing on data analytics, assurance or process improvement.
• Proven ability to deliver quantifiable business outcomes.
• Excellent organisational skills and a positive, hands‑on attitude.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
