Operations Specialist (Creative Production)

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to design and scale the operational framework for its Creative Production team. This role blends process design, project coordination, and AI‑driven automation to make creative workflows predictable, efficient, and increasingly autonomous.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain core processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and communication flows for the Creative Production team.
• Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythms, including check‑ins, planning sessions, status updates, and follow‑ups to keep the team aligned.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with producers, strategists, platform teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear information flow and documented decisions.
• Identify repetitive operational tasks and partner with AI and MarTech teams to automate status tracking, reminders, reporting, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Experience in operations, project management, production operations, business operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Proven track record of building processes, documentation, and operational systems from scratch.
• Excellent follow‑through, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Systems‑thinking mindset, spotting patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and operational tooling.
