About the role

We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to oversee daily service activities within our UPS facility. The role ensures smooth coordination between hourly staff and management, driving process efficiency, safety, staffing and training initiatives to meet high customer satisfaction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day service issues and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with hourly employees and supervisors to implement process improvements.
• Monitor safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.
• Coordinate staffing levels, schedules and training programs.
• Facilitate the execution of standard operating procedures and system management.
