Order Management Coordinator

About the role

Join Nokia’s Order Management team in Bogota, Colombia, working in a hybrid environment that blends remote flexibility with on‑site collaboration. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and use SAP to resolve complex order issues, contributing to seamless supply‑chain solutions and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with Nokia’s order booking policy.
• Register Nokia CPOs and manage order release and completion using Nokia tools.
• Perform accurate data entry in SAP and related systems.
• Identify and escalate issues that delay order booking.
• Maintain ownership of purchase‑order issues through resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Exercise authority to accept or reject purchase orders based on contracts, policy, and feasibility.
• Maintain electronic and paper records in line with SOX audit standards.
• Prepare, analyze, and publish reports as required.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in order management or a related field.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self‑starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic technical understanding of computer systems and business processes, preferably in a high‑tech environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving aptitude.
